Terms and Conditions

Coca-Cola “Dilli Dil Se” Offer

1. Offer valid from March 16 2009 till April 30, 2009 both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “offer period” or till stocks last, whichever is earlier.

2. Offer valid in the State of Delhi and the NCR (Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad)

3. This Offer has three parts, i.e. “Instant Prize Offer ”, “KODD Prize Offer” and “Meet Delhi's Devils Offer”.

4. “Coke Devils Offer ” is and valid from April 11 2009 till April 25 2009.

5. Instant Prize Offer is valid on 200ml and 300ml  Returnable Glass bottles of Coca-Cola. (“Coca-Cola glass bottle(s)”)

6. “KODD Prize Offer” and “ Coke Devils Offer” are valid on 200ml and 300ml Coca-Cola glass bottles and on 600ml, 2 litres and 2.25litres PET bottles of Coca-Cola( hereinafter collectively referred to as “Coca-Cola bottle(s)”)

7. Stocks without the Offer also available.

8. This offer is open to all Indian residents except employees of Coca-Cola India Private Limited (hereinafter ”Company”), their family members and the employees (and their relatives) of all its affiliate/associate/subsidiary companies and their authorized bottlers, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies.

9. The Company shall not charge any entry fee for taking part in this Offer.

10. Instant Prize Offer:

1. To participate in the Instant Prize Offer, the consumers will need to buy the Coca-Cola glass bottle(s)and look under its crownto identify the Offer

2. Crowns under this Offer will have the images of either a sipper or or a badgeprinted under it. In this case the consumer will be entitled to an Instant Prize of a Coca-Cola branded sipper or a badge as may be printed under the crown.

3. In order to avail the Instant Prize, the consumer must submit the winning crown to the same retailer from whom the consumer had purchased the Coca-Cola Glass bottle(s) with the winning crown, who will give the relevant prize to the consumer. The consumer must submit the crown within the offer period in order to avail the Instant Prize.

11. KODD Prize Offer:

1. To participate in the KODD Prize Offer, the consumers will need to buy the Coca-Cola bottle(s) and look under its crown/closureto identify the Offer

2. Crowns/closures under this Offer will have an 8 digit unique code printed under them

3. After discovering the 8 digit unique code under the crown/closure, to participate in the Offer, the participant will either need

•          to SMS “KODD<space><Unique Code>” (hereinafter called “Response”) to 58558 OR

•          call up 186 0233 2020 (from BSNL/MTNL landlines only) and punch the unique number in the Interactive Voice Response System (hereinafter “IVRS”) OR
•          visit the website www.dillidilse.com and click on the relevant linkand follow the instructions for entering the unique code

between 10 A.M and 8 P.M. on any day during the offer period. On the last day of the offer period, no entries shall be entertained after 8 P.M. Entries received after 8 PM on the last day shall be considered as invalid and rejected.

4. The participants must retain the crown/closure for verification after the draw.
5. The SMS and IVRS Services are being managed by CONTESTS2WIN. COM INDIA PVT LTD. (“C2W”)in collaboration with C3Cube which will manage the website www.dillidilse.com
6. On receipt of the SMS with the Response or a call on IVRS or an entry via dillidilse.com, the same shall be thoroughly checked and verified by C2W.
7. C2W will conduct a lucky draw through random selection every minute, between10.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.during the offer period to select the winners from amongst the eligible SMSs/calls/ entries via dillidilse.com with valid Responses / unique codes, as the case may be, received during that period. Eligible SMSs / calls/ internet entries with valid Responses/ unique codes received between 8.00 p.m. on any day of the offer period till 10.00 a.m. of the next day of the Offer Period will be considered for the draw in the first lot for the next day i.e. the draw to be held between 10.00 a.m. and 10.01 a.m. on that day.
8. The winner of the lucky draw shall be eligible to win Adidas merchandise such as T-shirt, bag, cap or an Adidas discount voucher (“KODD Prize(s)”)
9. An SMS/call/internet entry with valid Response/unique code which has been chosen as winner for a KODD Prize in a particular lucky draw will not be considered for a subsequent such draw. However the same shall continue to be eligible for the purpose of calculating the runs scored by a winner for the “Meet Delhi's Devils” Offer
10. C2W shall inform the winner of the lucky draw by calling him up on the same mobile or landline number through which the participation was done, and verify details of 8 digit unique code, name, age, occupation and complete address of the winner.In the same call C2W shall also inform such a winner about the approximate date and time when a C2W Courier shall visit the address of the winner and deliver the KODD Prize. The Courier will carry with him a No-Claims letter for the winner and an acknowledgement receipt. The courier shall verify the crown/closure and the original of a photo identity proof. On being satisfied, the courier shall ask the winner to sign the No claims letter and the acknowledgement receipt as a proof of receipt of the KODD Prize and shall hand over the KODD Prize to the winner.
11. Winners must retain the No claims letter and the Acknowledgement receipt to be eligible for participating in the Meet Delhi's Devils Offer.
12. The prize will be made available to the winner with standard equipment and parts only.
13. Company is not liable or responsible for the quality of the prize nor does it extend any warranty or guarantee thereto. The standard warranty and guarantee given by the manufacturer will be valid.
12. Coke Devils Offer
1. All Eligible SMSs / calls/ internet entries with valid Responses/ unique codes received under the KODD Offer including winners of the KODD Prizes shall be eligible for this Offer.
2. Winners of the KODD Prizes who become the winners of the Coke Devils Offer must retain all their No Claims Letters and Acknowledgement Receipts for verification.
3. Other winners of the Coke Devils Offer must retain the original crowns and closures with the unique codes using which the SMS/ Call/ internet entry has been made.
4. C2W will conduct a lucky draw through random selection at the end of every second day starting from 17th April, 2009 till 24th April, 2009 during the offer period to shortlist a total 50 entries from amongst the eligible SMSs/calls/ entries via dillidilse.com with valid Responses / unique codes, as the case may be, received under the KODD Offer.
5. C2W shall conduct verifications of the shortlisted entries and forward the same to Radio Mirchi
6. Radio Mirchi shall conduct a Radio based Contest to select 5 winners out of the list of the 50 shortlisted entries forwarded by C2W.
7. Such 5 winners shall be called Coke Devils and shall be entitled to get a free package tour to South Africa for watching one IPL cricket match.
8. C2W shall call the winners and inform them about the date time and place where the winners would be required to be present for physical verification of the crown/closure, or No Claim letter & Acknowledgement receipts and copy of valid passport as the case may be. C2W shall also inform such winners about the income tax to be deducted at source about the requirements of compliance of tax deduction under the applicable tax laws.
9. After completion of the physical verification and payment of income tax by the winners thereon, Radio Mirchi will send an invitation letter from Radio Mirchi for their trip about the details of the date, time and place for the same. The Invitation letter shall also be accompanied by necessary documents and details of the free package tour to South Africa and the terms and conditions governing the same.
10. Over and above the 5 winners selected by Radio Mirchi, C2W will conduct a final draw on 25th April, 2009 to shortlist 12 entries from the remaining eligible entries received who shall after completion of necessary verification , documentation and payment of applicable taxes be declared as winners of the free package tour to South Africa. Thereafter C2W shall send to such winners an invitation letter for their trip about the details of the date, time and place for the same. The Invitation letter shall also be accompanied by necessary documents and details of the free package tour to South Africa and the terms and conditions governing the same.
11. Winners of the Coke Devils Offer, once chosen, shall not be eligible to participate further in this Offer. But they shall be eligible to participate in the KODD Prize Offer and win KODD Prizes.
12. Winners shall be responsible for making their arrangements at their own cost to travel to the airport. The Company shall not be liable to make any payments to any winners in this regard.
13. The participants shall have to pay all applicable charges to their telecom service provider for sending the SMS or to BSNL/MTNL for making a call to the IVRS through BSNL/MTNL land line. There will, however, be no charges for entry via dillidilse.com other than the charges the ISP would charge for usage of internet.
14. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of SMS during transit and misdirected messages or loss of call while punching the unique code in IVRS. Proof of messaging/calling is not proof of receipt of the SMS/call.
15. The Company shall not in any way be liable for any disruption or disconnection in the telephone line and all such disputes shall lie with the telecom service provider and not with the Company.
16. The Company shall not in any way be liable for any problems faced by the user for entering the UTC code via the website diilidilse.com on account of no or poor internet connection.
17. All prizes shall be given subject to applicable taxes and in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations; Any levies, as applicable, shall be solely borne by the winner(s) only.
18. Company reserves the right to check all crowns/closures for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine. All crowns/closures will become the property of Company and will not be returned.
19. All crowns/closures submitted for redemption of prizes shall be verified by C2W on behalf of the Company. A prize-winning crown/closure shall be considered invalid if it is illegible, mutilated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, has been transferred or exchanged (whether for consideration or not), contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or is unclear or it does not have the requisite printed matter.
20. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable and non-encashable
21. Company, reserves the right to, terminate, modify or extend this Offer, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
22. Decision of Company will be final and binding regarding this Offer and prizes.
23. All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry to this Offer.
24. Entry into this Offer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of governing this Offer and the Company's decisions regarding the same.
25. The winner(s) shall execute all such documentation to allow Company and their assigns to use, display, copy, modify, distribute, publish sell, assign, exchange, license, sub-license, in any and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the image or likeness, and the reproductions thereof, and any biographical information furnished by the winner(s) to Company.
26. In case the winner is a minor, his/her parent (s) or legal guardian may redeem the prize at his / her own cost and shall execute such documents as deemed necessary by Company.
27. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions including acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, statutory prohibitions / restrictions.This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer/ Scheme.
28. All disputes with respect to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in New Delhi only
